Nakia, the Wakandan Warrior
Lupita Nyong'o as Nakia from Black Panther. A big thanks at my professor Alberto Martinez and my colleagues at Lightbox Academy. I used ZBrush to sculpt the base model and armor and Marvelous Designer for the clothes. UV unwrapping in Maya and baking in Marmoset. I textured everything in Substance Painter. Hair was made with Fibermesh from ZBrush.

Aireen, Protector of Zerzura
Deeply inspired by Princess Mononoke and Berber culture, I wanted to create a character that reminds of San but taking place in desert, protecting the mythical city of Zerzura. Through this project learned a lot as it was my first realistic character. I would like to thank my fellow students, David Blaya, David Guardado, my professor, Manuél Mané and of course Eirini Fotiadi Efstathiou who trusted me with creating a digital version of her. I used ZBrush to sculpt the base model and armor and Marvelous Designer for the clothes. UV unwrapping in Maya and baking in Marmoset. I textured the skin in Mari and the equipment in Substance Painter. Dreadlocks were created with XGen. Finally, it was rendered with Arnold.

Watchdog
My first, complete character. I am so happy that this project is finished, after one and a half months. Totally worth it! Modeled in ZBrush and Maya, painted in Substance Painter, hair made in XGen and clothes sewed in Marvelous Designer. Wisdom tooth
This head statue is one of the assets that I am making for a bigger project, experimenting for the first time with Blender. Began as a quick sculpt that I did in forger on iPad and I edited in ZBrush. Textured in Substance Painter and rendered with Cycles.
